In-house manufactured products – from fire-resistant coatings and blocks to mineral fiber products and fire-resistant collars – represent quality and reliability worldwide. Industrial fire protection:

Fire Safety Glazing:
Pyroguard manufactures fire-resistant glass for a wide variety of wood, steel and aluminum applications. FireGlass then custom-processes this fire-resistant glass – as well as other types of safety glass – to meet specific customer requirements.
Secondary Glazing Solutions:
Project- and building-specific solutions are at the core of the Secondary Glazing Solutions division. The fire-resistant glass is precisely cut, further processed and professionally installed on site. This results in certified glazing systems that combine the highest safety standards with functional and architectural requirements.

Dr. Jens Reiners has served as CEO of Saverto and the svt Group of Companies since March 2021. He previously spent more than 15 years in leadership roles at the Hilti Group, including six years as Managing Director of Hilti Netherlands and four years as Managing Director of Hilti Germany. He began his career in management consulting at the Droege Group. Jens Reiners holds a PhD in economics and studied in both Germany and the United States. He is married with three children and enjoys football, tennis, and long walks with his dachshund.

Wouter Pool has been CFO of Saverto and the svt Group of Companies since April 2024, with responsibility for Finance, Procurement, IT, Legal, and Quality Management. Originally from the Netherlands, he brings many years of industry experience, having spent 13 years in various leadership roles at Hilti – including CFO Central Europe in Munich and Finance Director in India and Switzerland. He began his career at KPMG and Cargill in the Netherlands. As a passionate finance professional, he thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments where he can help drive change and foster innovation. Wouter is married, has three children, and is an enthusiastic ball sports player – currently with a particular passion for padel.

Jochen Kramer
CEO of the svt Group of Companies since 2026. Prior to that, Jochen Kramer held various senior management positions in the industrial and service sectors and has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
In detail:
Since March 2026, Jochen Kramer has served as CEO of the svt Group of Companies, overseeing business development in the areas of passive structural fire protection, restauration management, fire protection planning, and environmental technology. Prior to this, he spent 25 years at KONE GmbH. There, he led large teams in roles including Service Director DACH, DirectorMerger & Acquisitions, and Managing Director of medium-sized subsidiaries. His successful career also includes the positions of Director of Operations for Germany as well as Change and HR Manager. Before joining KONE, Jochen Kramer worked in the pharmaceutical industry. Jochen Kramer lives in Hanover with his wife and two children.

CFO at svt since 2007. Prior to that, Frank Steiner held various finance positions at a number of companies.

Frank Steiner has been responsible for svt’s financial management as CFO since 2007. Prior to that, he held management positions at various companies. He served as an authorized signatory at Buhl Umweltservices and as Head of Finance at Moldau AG and FinanzScout AG in Hamburg. Frank Steiner began his career in management consulting at KPMG. Steiner is the father of two children and an avid road cyclist.
